This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (email or DM) within 14 days of delivery.


2. Conditions for Returns (Change of Mind)

If you cancel under your 14-day right:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

In these cases, return postage will be covered by us if a return is required.


4. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Urban Fingerboards decks are handmade. Minor variations in shape, colour, ply alignment, finish, or weight are expected and do not count as faults.

Normal wear and tear, damage from use, setup, or misuse is not eligible for refund or replacement.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the allowed return period


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
