These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Urban Fingerboards website, operated via Shopify. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Urban Fingerboards is a UK-based, independent business producing handmade fingerboard decks.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable UK laws.

3. Handmade Products Disclaimer

All Urban Fingerboards decks are handmade. As a result, minor variations in shape, colour, finish, ply alignment, or weight may occur. These variations are expected and are not considered faults.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

5. Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless explicitly agreed by us.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Urban Fingerboards is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in loss of the order and may not be eligible for refund.

7. UK Consumer Rights & Returns

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is exempt.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned at the customer’s expense

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Normal wear and tear, breakage from use, or damage caused by misuse is not considered a fault.

8. Safety & Intended Use

Urban Fingerboards products are designed for fingerboarding use only.

Products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 13 without adult supervision. We accept no liability for injury or damage caused by misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Urban Fingerboards and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

Urban Fingerboards shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to UK courts.
